The International Forum “Baltic IT&T” has long traditions. It is one of the largest and most significant ICT events in the Baltic Sea Region, bringing together senior government representatives, experts from European Commission and international organisations, as well as top level executives from the world’s leading ICT companies and other business sectors.The motto of the forum is “Partnerships for Innovation and Competitiveness”. The major objective is to establish and promote effective partnerships among the public and the private sectors, associations and other IT&T industry related organisations in the Baltic Sea region to promote innovation and competitiveness.
The forum is organised by the Latvian Information and Communications Technology Association (LIKTA) in cooperation with the Data Media Group. The main goal of this Forum is to foster sharing of experience and best practices in Security, Broadband, to have special focus on ICT best practice and knowledge transfer for export encourage, ICT for competitiveness and employability, today’s priorities of CIOs, to initiate and develop valuable contacts and cooperation among leading industry companies, public organisations and projects in the region.
